From financial markets to ecommerce, SaaS, healthcare technology and beyond, Jeff brings his diverse operational experience to the team at HCM and every client engagement.
He cut his teeth in the entrepreneurial world as a founding team member developing and commercializing a novel on-site infectious liquid medical waste treatment technology for healthcare facilities across the United States.
From raising Department of Defense and private sector investment, to working as a management consultant inside Fortune 500 companies, serving as an owner with stakes in several businesses, and putting together deals for complex mid-market acquisitions, including hospital purchases, Jeff has worn many operational hats and carried full profit and loss ownership across diverse businesses. He has experienced the high peaks and deep valleys of business ownership.
